This month marks one year since I had my H2O to Go Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis Systems installed in my new home. I absolutely love the water in my house and I haven't bought bottled water in over a year. H2O to Go sent me a text reminding me about having my filters changed. I called and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Montie, called to say he had time a day earlier to service my system. I was happy to have this opportunity and clear my calendar for Friday. Montie was excellent! He explained the entire process, which can be involved and tested the water in my house. Everything came out beautifully and new filters have been installed. What can I say, great customer service. We have been a customer since 2009 when we moved to Las Vegas and purchased our reverse osmosis water filtration system. We haven't had a problem w. the unit and the unit is still running solid after 11 yrs. H20's staff is friendly, reliable, timely and have serviced our unit every year. We recenlty sold our house and when I called the manager, he looked up our history and knew that we had been a customer for all those years. The manger provided a discounted rate for our new system at our new house without me having to haggle. We also upgraded so that we can have a choice in our drinking water to Alkaline. What the manager didn't know is that I had received several quotes before calling H20 again just to make sure that I knew wha the new prices were an what other companies were offering. H20 provide a quote below other companiesn, without even knowing that I had done my homework.

I truly appreciated them giving me a fair price and taking care of me as a previous customer. I already knew their service and product was great. Best water treatment in town. As a first time home buyer I see the need to protect my investment. I knew dealing with desert water for 15 years that a softener was a must. After extensive research I chose the team at H2O to Go. They provide great service from my rep Melissa,to the installer who did a phenomenal job, to the follow up for continued care. I have had four houses here in Vegas/Henderson over the last 20 years and have had H2O to Go water softeners and water filter systems in all of them. Let's start with the water softener... you just feel the difference. And what most people don't realize is that it doesn't feel smooth on your skin because of something in your water, it is because of what isn't in your water. I love that feeling of smooth skin in the shower. As for the water filter system, the water doesn't taste like anything, which is what I want my water to taste like. I will also say, the very first house I had the system in, it was in there when I purchased the home and it is still there. My brother rents the house from me and the system is still going strong after over 15 years. This team is amazing! My family has three properties, 2 of them are rentals. We have used H2O water purification services at every one of them for the past 6-8 years including 2 water softeners and a reverse osmosis system (that we LOVE). One of our properties was in contract for sale recently and I had a difficult relationship with the buyers who wanted a lot of information and some re-piping done on the existing water softener at the last minute. I also had a newborn baby at home during this time, so it was a stressful time and I really needed help getting the work done fast. We met with Carla this past Saturday and performed water testing, reviewed past industrial business practices, some castrophic failures, and how Las Vegas treats all of our drinking water from a nearby body of water. It was an engaging and informative exchange of data, thoughts, concerns, and most importantly the horrible quality of water that is provided to residents, families, and our children thru local providers and city entities.

It wasn't a hard decision to close on the system, but frustrating that we waited so long.

The water system is one one of my favorite new aspects of our new home. My family and I are loving the drinking water that is readily available. I love not having to wait for a deliver, or worry about our new wood flooring being ruined by a leaky water unit (which had happened more than once at our old home). Even my dishes are cleaner! The fresh water completely removed the white residue that had built up from washing them at our old house.
Our installation went a little array. My husband called and different technician came out to fix the mistakes. We were so impressed with the attention to detail that Robert took to make sure we were happy with our purchase, my husband personally called to thank the manager for sending him out. That is the difference between a good company and a great one. As a business owner, I know not everything can go right all of the time, but taking the time to take care of your customers first and foremost is what sets them apart. It's been about 3.5 weeks since we had our water softener and water purification system installed from H2O to Go. Carla and Peter were very informative about the quality of water here in Vegas. After reviewing the different systems that they offered, we decided to go with the 7 stage water softener system and the 10 stage water purification system. This entire system is amazing. Our skin and hair feel so much better compared to not having a water softener system in the past. The drinking water taste great and it gives us peace of mind that we're not ingesting harsh chemicals or other contaminants because the water purification system removes these things. If you're considering a water softener and purification system for your home, I'd recommend you at least give H2O to Go a call and have them come to your house to test your water. No obligation to buy a system but at least it gives you an idea of whether your water is clean or not.

Awesome experience! Our Sales Rep Carla was fantastic! At no point in the process did I feel like I was being upsold. She explained the differences between systems and what was best for our area. She started off with the most basic, yet upgradable, system for a more wallet/ budget friendly solution. Then worked up to the recommended system for the area. With the price guarantee, I knew right then I didn’t need to look any further. The installation experience, on a Sunday no less, was phenomenal! Izzy and Miguel were extremely professional. I've been very impressed with this company. My wife and I have, for years, talked about how poor the water is in Las Vegas, but I didn't think a water softening system would make much of a difference. Needless to say, I was extremely wrong. We had the SSR system put in our home about 3 weeks ago and it has made a world of difference. I feel cleaner when I get out of the shower, my skin doesn't feel chapped and dry when I'm finished washing my hands, and cleaning the windows, floors, etc. has become a breeze. The reverse osmosis system they installed in my kitchen produces the best tasting water I've ever had in my life. I spent a month talking to several different companies and I narrowed it down to three. I was going to go with another company until I gave H2O to GO a call.

I was initially afraid of calling because I didn't want a high pressure sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that there was no pressure to buy.

Sid was very patient with me and thorough with his explanation.

I appreciate his transparency about the parts and the brands they use. He was able to offer a system that met my needs and budget and more than fair price.

Peace of Mind. These systems have a manufacturer's lifetime warranty. I've explored different companies and even DIY options that only offer up to a limited time warranty. The valve, tank, parts and even the resin has a with H2O to GO have a lifetime warranty. In addition to the warranty, H2O to GO is easy to get a hold of. Contacting different companies during the sales process taught me which companies are easy to get a hold of and which are not. H2O is excellent when it comes to communication and followup.

Quality. They go the extra mile with the parts and supplies they use. I've noticed that some companies won't share the brands of supplies or parts they use. I like to know what I am receiving. H2O to GO is an open book. An example is that they use Aldex resin which is made in Canada, while most resin is made in India or China. It's attention to details like this that show they go the extra mile.

Experience and Expertise. Sid sold me exactly what I needed. I explained that there were only two people in the house, others tried to upsell me on size, while Sid recommended an appropriate size tank for the number of people in the house.

He explained the advantages of having a carbon filter and KDF-55 in a separate tank in addition to softener. KDF-55 is expensive and challenging to use. Most companies use KDF-55 improperly or don't use enough of it. After doing research on KDF-55, I knew I wanted it to be used in my system. H2O to GO is the only company I trust since they've been using it for decades without issues (and a lifetime warranty in the event something does happen). After doing a lot of research, I've discovered that there are companies in Las Vegas that are improperly setting up media in their water systems.

Now for the installation. My appointment was at 8am. Cameron showed up early at 7:50am and was finished within an hour and a half.The setup was nice and clean and he positioned the softener perfectly so it doesn't take up a lot of space. Cameron is very friendly and shared a lot of tips and advice when it comes to plumbing. He also pays extra attention and care to detail.

My water is a lot better. My wife loves it. I noticed a difference in my skin the first day. My clothes are cleaner and not stiff. No hard to get rid of water spots. After over a week of use, my skin issues are going away.

We have had the H20 products for several years. Water softner and reverse osmosis. We are very happy. Easy install. Great products. Excellent service and great follow thorough. H2O reminds you every 6-12 months to have service. The service techs are always on time, professional, polite, thorough and always ask if you have any questions. They have not been in business as long as they have been if they do not have a great product and excellent customer service!

Our old water softener met it's demise earlier this year. We went a few weeks without a functional one and you could really tell a difference in our home. Hard water was building up around the sinks, the shower door was impossible to keep clean, etc. It was miserable.

We got a quote from another company that was outrageously high. Then H2O to Go came to provide a quote. They blew the other company out of the water. We were able to get a nicer model with H2O to Go for less than the other company's basic, no frills option.

The installation was scheduled for the next day, which was even better. I was so eager to get our water treated again.

The difference in how the water felt was immediate. The system was definitely miles above our old one and you could actually feel it. Once I cleaned up the old hard water spots and build up, no more accumulated with the new system. What a relief!!

They also installed a new reverse osmosis filter and tap for us under our sink. We had one already, but it was old and the filters were hard to change so we opted for the upgrade.

We have had our H2O to go setup now for almost a year with no problems. Everyone we interacted with at the company was wonderful and kind, the equipment and service is fairly priced, and it just works. Highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new softener & filter system.

I looked into many different systems since I am on well water and we have higher nitrates in our water. When I called H2O to GO, they took the time to come out and explain all my options and presented me with a great deal. They made the install appointment and have been nothing but AWESOME to work with. They continue to call to check on the system functions and even sent someone out when I thought there might be a concern. (There was t, I just was worried about the stuff floating on top inside the salt tank). They also have sent me a text when it is time to replace the filters. Also, after checking with other water system vendors, H2O To Go was the most fair in their overall price for their whole house system. We've always been very aware of eating and drinking healthy. One of those things you just don't think about and may assume is that tap water is clean enough. I initially did know where to start when looking for a water softener system. I had seen a sticker on one of my friend's systems and decided to look up H2O to Go. They had great reviews and so I gave them a call to get more information. Right off the bat they were friendly, helpful, and set me up with a consultation. I decided to wait a week before writing a review because I wanted to make full use of the water-softening and reverse-osmosis systems we had installed in our house. And I will say that this company and their service is deserving of more than just a 5-star review.

I was in need of a water-softening system for our newly-purchased house, and H2O to Go was suggested by a coworker of mine, so I decided to reach out for some information. Margaret responded quickly with a voicemail and was very friendly and helpful when spoke to her about having a system installed in our house. She set up an appointment with Peter R. to come to our house and explain to me the different systems they offer, what they do, pricing, etc.

Peter was also very helpful. He took a look at where the system would be installed, and then proceeded to give me a breakdown of the different systems they have to offer, explained each one in detail, and offered to answer any questions I had. He was also very open about specials and offers they had at the time. Over the course of the weekend, I had a number of questions about the system, installation, and financing, among other things, and he answered each one almost immediately.

The purchasing process was also quick and easy; Peter returned to our house and it only took us about 10-15 minutes to set up the installation appointment, which was set for the next day. I was not there for the installation, but I was told it went well, and the installer explained the system, maintenance, and future services that H2O to Go offers to help maintain it.

Price-wise, I was honestly thinking it was going to be more expensive, but the price for their top system was well within my budget. And I must say, it is worth every penny.

We decided to go with H20 to go and we are loving our softener system. We decided not to flush out our hot water heater before use, so it took a couple weeks to truly feel the difference. The water feels so great not only when we shower but we also feel the difference even in all of our sinks when washing our hands and doing the dishes. The installer was quick and very informative when explaining the softener system and how to swap out the filters on our reverse osmosis drinking water system. The story begins with me purchasing a home without a water softener loop. Living in Vegas, I know that's crazy to think about - but it wasn't an option for me with Richmond American Homes. I sought out to get estimates for a water softener loop and water system and Yes plumbing wouldn't even give me an estimate without a water softener loop already installed. Same for other plumbing companies. I laid awake at night thinking I'd never have soft water again! Until H2O came to my door! Carla came to my house and gave an informative and educational presentation about the harsh water in Vegas - what it contained and how H20 could refine it, along with information about the various water systems (this system comes with Alkaline drinking water!) and pricing options. She answered my questions with confidence and ease and assured me the quote would also include a water softener loop! Alas, I could sleep at night and with softer skin! The installation team was amazing - their work was extremely clean snd precise. They even wore booties inside the house! I highly recommend this company that is less expensive than the others, without compromising quality. Carla and the H2O team were stellar!

Peter was very demonstrative when it came to this product. I conducted extensive research on multiple water softeners but H20 to Go boasted great reviews and excellent payment options.

After the agreement, a plumber was out the next day to install the system. The plumber was very friendly and was very knowledgeable with his craft. Since the installation, Peter has checked on the quality of the system and provided Grade A customer service. There are plenty of water softener options available to consumers, but their customer service sold me. Highly recommended!
